Connect with Us
Bloom Skills Centre is proud to be part of a caring, connected Kingston community. Our programs and partnerships take place in several vibrant spaces across the city — each one playing a special role in helping our participants learn, connect, and thrive.
🌼 Main Program Site – 99 York Street
Our Root and Fruit Skills Program is primarily held at 99 York Street, a welcoming space for hands-on learning, life skills development, and small group instruction. This is where most classes take place, along with workshops and program coordination.
🌿 Community Garden – Lakeside Community Garden
At the Lakeside Community Garden, our participants dig in — literally! This is where we grow produce, learn about food systems, and connect with nature through our Birds, Bees & Butterflies gardening class. The garden is also home to our community partnerships and seasonal volunteer days.
☕ CommUnity Café – Kingston Community Health Centres (KCHC), Weller Avenue
Our CommUnity Café operates out of KCHC at 263 Weller Avenue, offering students real-world experience in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork. The café also helps bring people together over great coffee and good conversation, supporting Bloom’s mission to create inclusive spaces for all.
